Tension cords keep the covering taut for easy installation and removal, while heat-welded seams prevent thread rot and water infiltration. Canopy length can be extended at any time for minimal cost, and four canopy extensions allow easy adjustment for different pontoon heights.

Hewitt’s standard 16 oz nylon-reinforced vinyl canopy cover uses a 9 x 9 weave for outstanding strength, waterproof protection, and UV resistance that prevents fading. Reinforcement is integrated throughout the material to help stop rips before they start. Top seams are heat welded for full waterproofing, and every Hewitt vinyl canopy cover includes a five-year warranty with three years of 100% coverage.
