Reliable Hydraulic Boat Lift Systems for Every Watercraft
Hewitt’s hydraulic boat lift is the ultimate solution for fast, convenient, and reliable boat lifting. Whether you're docking a pontoon, tritoon, recreational boat, fishing boat, or jet ski, our hydraulic lifts deliver powerful performance at the push of a button. With lifting capacities ranging from 4,400 to 24,100 lbs, you get unmatched strength and speed—engineered to raise full loads smoothly across the entire arc of travel. Every Hewitt hydraulic boat lift is constructed with corrosion-resistant aluminum and includes a locking, water-resistant chest to house the hydraulic pump and controls.
Each hydraulic boat lift is engineered for industry-leading speed and dependable performance. Standard lift height is 77.5", with select models tailored for specific needs—such as the 4400 model with a 54" lift or the 6100 with 76". Optional accessories like solar chargers, lighting kits, pump box stands, and canopy systems enhance your setup, while bracing and leg kits allow use in water depths up to 10 feet. Available in 220V AC or 12V/24V DC models, Hewitt’s hydraulic boat hoist lineup is built to perform season after season.

Two-cylinder system lifts two PWCs up to 5,000 lb. Ideal for side-by-side storage with smooth, fast hydraulic control.
HYDRAULIC BOAT LIFT FEATURES
Hydraulic Pump, Control System and Chest
Each hydraulic boat lift includes a locking, water-resistant chest housing the pump and controls. DC models also hold batteries. Operate the lift using push-button controls or key fob remotes. The system uses biodegradable, anti-freeze hydraulic fluid and features a translucent reservoir for easy monitoring. Built for performance and convenience, it ensures smooth operation and simple winterization.
External Filter
Standard on 4,400 to 8,100 lb lifts, our external filter helps extend the life of hydraulic components by preventing particle contamination. Unlike competitor models with inaccessible in-tank filters, Hewitt’s external design keeps oil clean without removing the reservoir. It’s a key upgrade that keeps your hydraulic pump system running smoother and more efficiently for longer use.
Marine Quality Hydraulic Cylinders
Aluminum cylinders with solid stainless steel shafts are standard on 4,400, 6,100, 8,100, and 18,100 lb lifts. Commercial-grade steel cylinders with triple-chrome shafts are standard on 10,100 and 12,100 lb models. All cylinders include long-lasting seals, water-resistant hoses, and threaded end caps—offering underwater durability and easy access for repairs, a long-term serviceability advantage.
Reinforced Carpeted Tilting Bunks
Standard on 4,400–10,100 lb lifts, these carpeted bunks sit on reinforced 3"x3" aluminum tubing for full-length hull support.
Aluminum/Rubber Bunks
Aluminum bunks with full-length rubber are standard on 12,100 and 24,100 lb models and are optional on lower capacity models.
Heavy-Duty Pivot with Pin Lock
Extruded pivot points incorporate 1” stainless steel pivot pins with notched heads to prevent pin rotation and premature wear.
Welded "V" Plates
Reinforced “V” plates strengthen lift arms, prevent swaying, and increase stability across the cantilever frame’s critical stress points.
