Hi-Lift Vertical Cantilever Boat and Pontoon Lift

Simple, Reliable Cantilever Boat Lifts for Boats and Pontoons

The original Hewitt cantilever boat lift is trusted for its simple design and long-lasting performance. Built for reliable operation season after season, our lifts use a natural mechanical advantage that makes raising and lowering your boat, jet ski, or pontoon smooth and easy. With fewer moving parts than other lifts, the Hewitt cantilever lift minimizes maintenance needs and delivers years of trouble-free use. The corrosion-resistant aluminum boat lift frame eliminates rust and painting concerns, ensuring dependable operation in all conditions. In the fully raised position, the boat’s weight is fully supported by the frame—not the cables—reducing wear and extending the life of your lift.

We offer both electric and manual models to match your setup. A manual boat lift with a hand crank is a cost-effective, easy-to-use option, perfect as a paddle boat lift or for other small boat lifts. Our electric models, available with AC or DC battery power, add push-button convenience. Whether you need a cantilever pontoon lift, a boat lift for jet skis, or a reliable solution for fishing boats and runabouts, Hewitt’s cantilever design delivers lasting peace of mind.

Manual Cantilever Boat Lift

Our manual cantilever boat lift features self-adjusting cradles, keel protectors, a manual winch, and rubber end caps. Optional deluxe cradles and keel protectors are available. With capacities from 1,200 to 4,800 lbs, this easy-to-use hand crank boat lift takes advantage of a simple, efficient cantilever design for smooth operation.

Wide & Long Cantilever Pontoon Lift

Our wide and long cantilever pontoon lift is built tough and reinforced to support today’s larger, heavier pontoons. With interior frame dimensions up to 120", it's ideal for oversized craft. Shown above with standard full-length bunks, this cantilever pontoon lift provides reliable strength and stability for extra-wide and extra-long pontoon boats.

Cantilever Pontoon Lift with Rack Kit

Upgrade your cantilever pontoon lift with a rack kit for improved support and positioning. Kits install in place of standard boat cradles and are available in wood or adjustable aluminum. Designed to lift under the pontoon’s deck, these rack kits also act as positioning guides for easier and more secure loading.

Cantilever Lift with Pontoon Bed

Configure your cantilever lift with an aluminum pontoon bed or full-length “V”-style beds in vinyl or carpeted wood. These designs evenly distribute the pontoon’s weight and provide full-length protection for the hull. A cantilever pontoon lift with a bed option is ideal for supporting and safeguarding larger pontoons.

CANTILEVER BOAT LIFT FEATURES

Extra Reinforcing

Hewitt cantilever lifts are engineered for real-world durability. Unlike poorly built lifts that can sway or break under frequent use, our lifts feature reinforced crossbars with oversized gussets welded on both sides. This extra reinforcing delivers greater lateral stability and strength, ensuring reliable, long-term performance for your boat or cantilever pontoon lift.

Heavy-Duty All-Aluminum Construction

Hewitt cantilever lifts are built with heavy-duty structural aluminum tubing and welded through-hole construction for unmatched strength. Critical pivot joints are double reinforced—not just bolted—ensuring greater durability and reliability. Our all-aluminum design gives your cantilever boat lift superior performance and long-lasting protection in demanding waterfront environments.

Pulley Boxes

Hewitt cantilever lifts feature specially designed pulley boxes for superior strength and reliability. Instead of bolting pulleys to the frame, we mount assemblies inside reinforced aluminum enclosures welded directly to the lift. With fewer pulleys and easy access to all parts, our cantilever boat lift design reduces maintenance and increases long-term durability.
